Part5 of cute Japanese superheroine Chiaki is captured by enemy, and bound to the device for interrogation.
In this last Part5, Chiaki is still strictly tied on the device, her mouth is stuffed with big ball gag. Her captor approaches her, but she has no idea what he has in his hand.
Then he shows her evil nose hook, and pulls her nose up with it. Chiaki feels scared and shakes her head but it was futile. Finally she is covered her mouth with duct tape, feels totally helpless. She is now ready for interrogation.
