"Recently, we've seen a surge in applications, so we've increased our staff and implemented a three-part interview system.
This woman, who had been scouted in Harajuku and came to our final interview as an influencer,
was joined by our manager, so the audition was in front of both of them.
It's difficult to get into the entertainment industry if you can't perform in front of multiple people,
so we asked her to pose immediately after passing the audition.
A relatively large number of women are reluctant to do gravure modeling,
which means there are more jobs available to our agency,
so we primarily hire women starting out in gravure.
We had her strip down to her underwear to see her body line and bust,
and observed her topless.

and focused on her voice and acting,
