This is an event held officially in a public room, and photography is permitted for an admission fee. This is not a hidden camera, and the camera is visible from the subject, and the inside of the subject's skirt or breasts are not hidden by the subject's clothing. This is just a photo taken in a normal state that would be visible to the public. The subjects are over 20 years old, and there are no depictions that violate Japanese law in any way.
