1.動画最初は剣道着を着た女性が素振りをしているシーン。

　顔が入らないよう、斜め後ろから竹刀を振りおろす様子を捉える。

2.しばらく素振りを繰り返したあと、竹刀を下ろす。

　正座して瞑想する様子。

4.2足の甲を重ねて正座する(Xみたいな感じで深く重ねる), Tickling feet.( 2 minutes)

5,6. Take off a socks and do 3 and 4 again.(4 minutes).

7,8. Take off another socks and do 3 and 4 again. (4 minutes)

9. Tickling her bare feet with plastic fork.(30 second)

10. Tickling her bare feet with hair brush.( 30 second)

11. Use plastic fork to tickling her left feet, and use hair brush to tickling her right feet.( 30 second)
